Adult Grief Prompts

Sometimes writing can be cathartic.

Getting your emotions, thoughts and worries out onto paper releases the power they hold.

Sometimes it gives us space to recognize how we are truly feeling.

And sometimes it allows us to name what we are processing in our minds.

But sometimes, we don’t know what to write, or where to start.

In collaboration with a family member, this journal prompts book was created.

There is space to write, questions to ponder, space to doodle. It is designed to be a starting point for grief journaling; a safe space to write your thoughts, feeling and reactions. A safe space for you to take your time in processing, grieving and healing.
