Self-care is a hot topic these days. With the world being in tumult and everybody experiencing forced change, it is imperative that we take care of ourselves.
There are lots of self-isolation self-care sheets available. Ideas of how to take care of yourself; things you can do to help your mental health; ways you can cope with the reality we are in.

Caring for yourself while grieving is also important. It is not easy to do the things that are important for your body, mind, and heart, but in taking care of ourselves, we allow space for healthy grieving and processing.
Do you feel refreshed after taking a walk outside? After listening through your favourite album uninterrupted? After drinking your favourite beverage?
Make a list of the things that fill you up, that restore you, that bring you peace.
Self-care includes things that aren’t as fun; self-care includes thinking about what your mind, body and hearts needs, not just wants.
Maybe that looks like booking that therapy appointment you have been putting off. Maybe it looks like tackling the pile of mending. Maybe it looks like making time for exercise.
Use the self-tending sheet on our downloads page to have a reference sheet of caring for your mind, body and heart.
